We draw up our own documents for closing. There are no delays, and there is no miscommunication between companies. This means quicker, hassle-free closings.

WE FUND:
Because we are a Bank, and not a mortgage broker, all loans are funded through Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. We do not have to wait for a wire or check to be sent in from elsewhere.
